1. How do I get to my personal artwork?
   Simply look through the samples in the Individual group or use the search function at the upper right to find appropriate samples.
   
   Step 1: Inquiries
   You can upload your photo and send a non-binding inquiry to a Creative for him to do the work. The Creative will advise whether he is available and whether your photo is suitable for editing. In some cases, a Creative will propose an alternative price because the editing may be more complex than the normal process or additional work will need to be done (for instance, there are several persons on your photo or multiple individual images are involved). Additionally, the Creative will adjust the price accordingly for any major special requests which you may designate in the comments field.
   
   Step 2: Payment and Commissions
   You can now hire the Creative for the work with payment in advance. We offer an escrow service; i.e., you pay us initially, and the Creative receives payment through us. If the Creative does not produce the work within the agreed-upon period or you don't agree with the result, you receive your money back.
   
   Step 3: Editing
   The Creative creates your personalized work from your photo in the specified time, and provides the finished result to Pixel Talents for you.
   
   Step 4: Quality Control
   You will be asked to check the result and if ordered approve the work for printing by Pixel Talents. Before the final acceptance, you may request an improvement for free. As a rule the Creatives are very accommodating, and are willing to comply with all of your needs. But we would like to ask you not to be a strain on the Creatives. The improvement function is not for trying out several variations of the background color but to improve failures. If the result after the improvement is still obviously quite different from the samples you can refuse to accept it. In this case we will check it and give a recommendation, whether the Creative has carried out his duty or not. When the creative doesn't improve it the right way within 48 hours, you receive your money back.
   
   Step 5: Delivery
   Your project will be ready to download directly from Pixel Talents. Usually about 7 - 10 business days after you have accepted the result you'll get your artwork delivered.
2. Where can the prints be delivered?
   We deliver within Germany and Austria with no restrictions. In the USA, UK, France and the Netherlands we deliver only an assortment of printing products. Please ask us for further information. Unfortunately, delivery to any other countries is not possible at this time.
3. How do I make safe payments?
   You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal or sofortüberweisung.
4. May I also print my own pictures?
   At the moment, only the finished images can be printed.
5. May I get reprints of finished work?
   Yes. In "My Account" you can bring up all previous work and order additional printing, even onto another medium or in a different format. Please note, however, that with a much larger format the resolution of the picture may be too small, which can decrease the quality of the result.
6. May I cancel my order?
   Your first inquiry is completely non-binding. Once you make payment, you enter into a binding contractual relationship. However, the contract may be canceled with the consent of the Creative. After you have accepted the final result and approved it for printing, cancellation is not allowed because a unique rendering has been created.
7. What if I am not satisfied with the editing?
   PixelTalents has the money-back-guarantee. If you are unhappy with the result, please contact us and we will help you.
8. What if I am not satisfied with the printing results?
   If the print has obvious errors or shortcomings, we ask that you contact us immediately and we will help you. Please do not simply send the print to our office address.
9. How may I use the result image?
   You may use the result image without restriction as long as you did not agree otherwise with the Creative.
10. What happens if I give permission for the Creative to use the result image as a reference?
    You may decide whether the Creative may include the result image in the before/after samples on Pixel Talents in his portfolio. If you give this permission, please make sure that any and all recognizable people in the picture agree to permit this use.
